    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

     

    We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales professionals who are passionate about selling security products.   The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing Fidelis presence and driving sales activities within the designated geography.  The Sales Manager will partner with the Channel Sales organization for both new account development and territory expansion activities.

      

     Responsibilities

    • Sell products to new and/or current customers in an assigned region to achieve or exceed assigned quota
    • Contact prospective customers to determine security needs and performs sales presentations based on identified needs
    • Establish access and relationships with key decision makers, typically at the CIO or CSO level
    • Manage demonstration and evaluation activities with the help of the SE resources
      • Work within a team environment in conjunction with Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to maximize sales efforts and success rate
      • Maintain a 90 day rolling forecast and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
    • Experience selling complex software-based solutions and/or security infrastructure
    • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 6-8 years of sales relevant experience
    • Proven experience developing relationships with senior executives
    • Highly effective presentation and closing skills
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
